Brief introduction
Bryan began landing modeling
assignments and commercials while still a teenager.
Although his first hosting stint was for the
teenage lifestyle programme Gen Y,
it was the infotainment programme City Beat
that gave him his big break and propelled him to stardom.

The programme took Singapore by storm and became the
blueprint on which many other shows based their format on.

The City Beat hosts enjoyed such magnificent camaraderie
that the whole entourage soon found themselves sought
after by producers and clients alike.

Since then, Bryan has been a hot favourite
for many hosting assignments.
He is also known as the Hosting King (综艺阿哥)
in MediaCorp.

City Beat will also be making a come-back in 2009
with him and Kym remaining in the hosting team, and
Gurmit Singh & Adrian Pang as the new members.

In 2001, he left MediaCorp and joined the then
SPH MediaWorks.
But after 4 years, SPH MediaWorks merged with MediaCorp.
As such, Bryan went back to MediaCorp in 2005 till now.

Bryan has an equally impressive scorecard as an actor,
having participated in several drama productions, and being
nominated several times in the Asian Television Awards.

He has also won himself a Best Comedy Actor award in
Star Awards 2005.

Despite his success, Bryan remains humble of his
accomplishments.
Soon after the South Asia tsunami disaster in 2004,
Bryan volunteered himself to be part of a 15-men
medical team to Sri Lanka where he tended to the
injured survivors of the tragedy.

In one of his variety shows - Home Decor Survivor (摆家乐),
it saw the hidden talent of Bryan in interior designing,
painting and drawing, which impresses all, and also lead
to him winning his first, and much awaited
Best Variety Show Host award in the Star Awards 2006.

Brief introduction
Kym began with a singing career, but switched to hosting later
and joined the then Singapore Broadcasting Corporation
in Year 1995.
She is often on the Chinese language channels
(MediaCorp Channel 8 and MediaCorp Channel U)
and is famous for her direct connection
with the audience and her bubbly nature.

In 2001, she left MediaCorp and joined the then
SPH MediaWorks.
But after 4 years, SPH MediaWorks merged with MediaCorp.
As such, Kym went back to MediaCorp in 2005 till now.

She often stars in "food reviews" and variety shows.
She is also known as the Hosting Queen (综艺阿姐)
of MediaCorp.
Besides hosting, Kym also stars in numerous dramas,
one of which was with Taiwanese boy band 5566,
sitcoms and movies. Some of which also won her
nominations in Star Awards.

She won the first two Best Variety Show Host awards
(1998 & 1999) which was set up in 1998 with her classic
role-playing character as Ms Tan in the ground-breaking
infotainment programme, City Beat.

City Beat will also be making a come-back in 2009
with her and Bryan remaining in the hosting team, and
Gurmit Singh & Adrian Pang as the new members.

In 2005, Kym Ng was approached by director Wee Li Lin
to star in the latter's film, Gone Shopping. Kym's
performance was stated by the Straits Times as
"(Kym) Ng is a revelation here. Her Clara, who could
have been a self-indulgent bore of a character,
is beguilingly shy, naively yearning and sweetly forlorn."
The film took two years to complete. (June 2005 to July 2007)

Kym has also gained regional recognition with her winning of
Best Entertainment Presenter and Best Comedy
Performance by an Actress in the Asian Television Awards.
